1.Reservations are suggested 72 hrs. in advance. Without a
reservation, SHUTTLE AVAILABILITY is NOT guaranteed. Reservations made after the 72 hr. window MUST be paid in advance to guarantee seating. 

 2. Please notify our office ONLY of any changes to your               reservation. The drivers are not responsible for any re-              scheduling or changes made by passengers.                   

3. A $10 fee per change will be assessed when more than one
change is made to an existing reservation.

4. If you miss your scheduled trip with us for ANY reason, you will be put on stand-by status for the next available Shuttle (possibly the next day).

5 . If you No-Show on a pre-paid reservation, your fare becomes Non-Creditable. This also applies to the second part of a Round Trip. NO EXCEPTIONS!

6 . Cancellations made to an existing pre-paid reservation are  non-refundable. Your reservation will be held in our open file for a period of 1 year as a credit. This credit can be applied to a new trip taken within that year. NO REFUNDS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!

7 . Each passenger is permitted 2 average sized or 1 oversized suitcase and 1 carry-on. A $5 per bag fee will be charged for extra luggage (including golf clubs) regardless of passenger load. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

8 . Please make sure to check your bags before you leave the     Shuttle. Also, make sure you have all of your personal belongings such as cell phones or medications. Bison Express Shuttle LLC and it's employees are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

9. Sorry, No Pets Allowed. However, Guide Dogs or Assistance Animals are always welcome!

10 . Bison Express Shuttle LLC is not responsible for delays due  to accidents, construction, or weather. Safety is our #1 Concern.

11 . Bison Express Shuttle LLC and it's employees reserve         the right to refuse services to anyone!
